Gary and I cycled north for lunch, but no one was lunching! Nary a restaurant was open. Lake M was pristine, though and the sky was a Rocky Mountain blue. We peddled hard to get there, lounged long on the beach and watched clouds make spine-looking forms - finally heading back home around two. Bruce and Michele hosted Thanksgiving Dinner- sixish. With friends Bill and Susan supplying the boat, we took a short trip onto the lake for sunset viewing before sitting down to Michele's yummy cooking. Bruce's fire pit at nights end became the meeting place for lingering conversation........Susan and Diane's Obama-happy talk, Michele's face lift photo-ops, Raven and her tug of squirrel-war. Pink Floyd music - a party standard and dancing. Happy-making dancing! Thankful givings 2008.
